I purchased my car in July 2017 and on day 5 of having the car had to return it as the EML light came on and it has now been back 6 times in total. The aftersales has not been good at all and have complained in the past.

If I am being extremely picky, I have never understood why my car is washed and hoovered but not dusted inside. It really spoils the effect of shiny and clean when your dashboard hasnt been wiped/dusted. Everything else was done to a high standard

Very courteous staff, lots of information, the film showing the damage / repairs needed is really helpful. It was great to be met at the door. And I forgot to pick up the paperwork at the end, so they put it in the post to me!

Offered coffee when first arrived but during the 2.5 hour wait no member of staff came near me to ask if needed any further refreshments Went over to MINI site for look and what a difference! Poor customer service at BMW garage compared to MINI staff
